clarist (“the App”) is designed with your privacy as a priority. Your data stays on your device — we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:

No accounts or sign-ups — the App works entirely offline with no user accounts.
No analytics or tracking — we do not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporters, or tracking pixels.
No advertising — the App contains no ads and no ad-related data collection.
No network requests — the App does not send your data to any server. All list data is stored locally on your device.

Data Storage

All your lists, items, and settings are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is:

Stored only on your device
Not accessible to us or any third party
Included in your device backups (iCloud or local) per your device settings
Deleted when you uninstall the App

Export & Import

The App allows you to export and import your data as files. These files are created and stored locally on your device. Sharing exported files is entirely your choice and handled by your device’s native sharing features.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple’s App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles purchase data.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no data from any user, the App is safe for users of all ages.
